Prototype Simple Feedback Device

LINC Design assisted a team of University of Pittsburgh researchers in the ideation of a device to assist cognitively impaired individuals with therapy adherance. Suitable electrical components and controls were selected for use in the device and optimal component and control configuration for a first test prototype were determined. Conceptual design drawings were developed and simplified CAD models were built to explore the optimal design direction. Engineering drawings were produced for the production of a rapid prototype ultimately used for evaluation by clinicians and patients.

Configuration of structural and electrical components and controls to fit existing circuit board design.
